If you do choose to do the switch between your COE and your Visa once you arrive to Japan, the University will pay for the 5,000 yen fee, and for your transportation to the immigration Center. One of us staff members will take you to the center & make sure all goes smoothly. (Leona, you have no choice but to do it this way! We'll take care of you ;->)
